These are a couple of examples of collage and the use of mixed media that express emotions through colours and layers of images spilling from people.
The influx of colour on this old image really makes the emotion that the boy is feeling for the dog felt to the audience. It adds feeling and emotion to the image.
This is a concept I am very interested in and intend to use it in this project. It will be time consuming but will deliver really impressive results.
