Characters - My heroes.

Now I need to decide on the 3 words for each hero... as I am basing it on the National Portrait Gallery campaign. I think it will add humour/depth to the images.
I am thinking strongly about the titles I want to give each one... Which is harder than I thought it would be as I am basing them around the images I have already selected.
I have done 9 images... but I want to cut it down to 4/5 in a series.
The idea behind this is to get a lot of different looking people looking normal to reinforce the fact that these people are usual London commuters and the fact that each one of these people has done something 'heroic' will bring it down to earth and enforce my message that anyone can be a hero.
I wanted to make it as realistic as possible, and as I am aiming it at the people of London, I wanted to make it very multi-racial and politically correct so there is a character that everyone can relate to.

Hero 1.
I think the sepia might be a problem to add to the series as the rest of them are colour and look a lot more normal than this girl who seems to be posing in an obvious way... however I thought I might look into it and play around with this image as well.
The way she is looking up makes her look like she is day dreaming... therefore I wanted to add that into the mix of things that "she is".
These were some of the combinations I have come up with.

HERO 2

This man looks creepy. Just an observation...

Sex Education teacher
HERO

I found this one a bit more complicated... I do not want to include that she is religious because it is stereotyping. I wanted to include the sex education teacher because of the lack of this and the impact it is having in some Asian countries.

HERO 4

I have a feeling this boy looks slightly too american.

Exchange student
Ballet dancer
HERO

Exchange student
Rugby player
HERO

Exchange student
Hockey player
HERO

Exchange student
Football player
HERO

Exchange student
Athlete
HERO

I wanted to think about the actual character... making him an exchange student explains the american looks... and he is clearly an athlete/jock... just wondering whether to make him a ballet dancer to add an unexpected edge.

HERO 5.

This man looks like a tube driver... maybe this won't work. Maybe it will.
